Copyright and Trademarks
When you submit designs to Trebor Specialties, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright. This includes, but is not limited to, each copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration included in such design.
You further warrant and represent that no part of your design violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity. This may include, but is not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance. You further warrant that none of the above is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received. You also warrant that none of the above is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Trebor Specialties from legally reproducing the submitted images or text.
The customer is solely responsible for ALL laws regarding trademarks, patents, licenses, rights of privacy and similar rights of protection. All copy, artwork or other material submitted to Trebor Specialties by the customer or distributor will be in full compliance with all laws applying to trademarks, service marks, patents, licenses, rights of privacy and similar rights of protection. Licensed artwork may require a written release and the customer or their agent is liable for all licensed artwork. Trebor Specialties disclaims all liability for non-compliance with these laws.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Trebor Specialties relating to above warrants. Trebor Specialties will provide you written notice of any such claim and will provide reasonable assistance and cooperation you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Trebor Specialties pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trebor Specialties from any such loss or damage.
Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of your order, Trebor Specialties reserves the right to use any item produced by us for display and promotion. Many of the imprints that appear in our website are actual order samples. Their presence does not constitute endorsement. Images shown on product samples are not available for print. All items on this web site containing logos or registered trademarks are shown to illustrate imprint options, locations and ideas for Trebor Specialties marketed products. Prices are Subject to Change without Notice. We are not responsible for inaccurate data from other sites, dated printouts or obsolete copy information.
Trebor Specialties is competitive approach in pricing our products. We have provided our best efforts in bringing you an accurate website. There may be times where the price or product information may be incorrect or dated. We will make reasonable efforts to help meet your needs.

Payment Terms
Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Accounting@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com
All customers are asked to prepay their initial order in full. We require payment prior to processing initial orders. Your order is not complete until payment is received. All custom orders are prepaid.
Please E-mail Accounting@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com to receive a secure credit card authorization form. Please allow at least 5 working days for processing; some exceptions may apply.
All orders are held and delivery dates are delayed if prepayment is not provided. Orders are immediately cancelled when credit card is declined, report of insufficient funds or unauthorized chargeback dispute and subject to fees allowed by law.
Add 7 business days to your delivery time if paying by Company Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
Returned Checks for insufficient funds (NSF) and chargeback’s will be assessed a $35 fee, existing order(s) cancelled and future orders will require a Cashier’s Check or Money Order with the Purchase Order.
All prices are quoted in US dollars FOB Trebor Specialties, Georgia.
COD Orders are not available.
Product Inventory, Packaging and Limitations
E-mail Info@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com to check product and color inventory before placing order. Available stock products are generally shipped within 4 business days with your written order, valid method of payment and written approval of charges.
Product packaging and labeling may be updated at any time as required. Slight color variations may occur between lots. Any variation is within current industry standards. Orders@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com
Overruns and Underruns
Because of manufacturing and production standards, all custom and special product orders are subject to occasional Overruns or Underruns up to +/- 3 percent. Trebor Specialties will make reasonable efforts to reduce this occurrence and fulfill your exact order. You will only be charged for the actual quantity shipped. Shipping Information
Trebor Specialties orders are shipped UPS Ground, Second Day, Next Day Air Saver or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. We can deliver to most locations in the United States. Due to UPS and common carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are shipped uninsured. Please request “Extra Shipping Insurance” on your order if you would like your items to be insured for the amount of purchase. Additional charges will be calculated and invoiced for prepayment. All shipping charges are prepaid prior to shipment. All shipments require a signature or written release to receive.
We offer Third-Party UPS Shipping for businesses, organizations and entities. Please include instructions and your UPS account number with your order. Orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are shipped uninsured. Please request “Extra Shipping Insurance” on your order if you would like your items to be insured for the amount of purchase. Additional charges will be calculated and invoiced for prepayment. If you select a Different Carrier, you will be responsible for scheduling the pick up. Please provide us with the carrier name, telephone and your account number on your order for direct billing to your account. Trebor Specialties will notify you when your order is complete and ready for pick up. Customer arranged carrier shipments not picked up within 3-business days will incur a 10 to 20 percent holding fee based on the size of the order. You will need to provide the appropriate carrier packaging, instructions and shipping labels. Any additional packaging, shipping and handling charges are prepaid prior to shipment.
There may be additional carrier charges for special packaging requests, handling and some delivery areas. Trebor Specialties is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged goods shipped and provides tracking number information if your E-mail address is provided. Oversized Packages require extra shipping charges per UPS Oversize dimensional and weight categories. Quantities per carton, shipping rates, carton weights and dimensions are subject to change without notice. Items which are too large or too heavy will be shipped by UPS Freight. Orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are shipped uninsured. Please request “Extra Shipping Insurance” on your purchase if you would like your items to be insured for the amount of purchase. Additional charges will be calculated and invoiced for prepayment. All Freight Charges are prepaid prior to shipment.
Trebor Specialties Does Not Guarantee Freight Estimates and is not responsible for changes in final carrier charges.
Trebor Specialties reserves the right to ship orders using expedited service to meet your in-hands date and will contact you with the additional charges for payment prior to shipment. All freight shipments will be prepaid prior to shipping. Trebor Specialties reserves the right to submit additional freight billing and miscellaneous carrier fees after the original invoice is issued including, but not limited to, inside delivery charges, residential delivery charges, address corrections and redelivery charges.
Minimum Special Order Repackaging Charges are $5 per carton/case for all special order repacking requests.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be included in your initial Proposal. Please specify the ship date or delivery date on your order. A firm ship date will be supplied upon receipt of your written order, valid method of payment, written approval of charges and written delivery time approval. All ship, transit and delivery times reflect business days.
We are not responsible for order delivery delays from any carrier for any reason. Trebor Specialties is not responsible for delays in receiving your order resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of God, power failures, weather conditions or any reason beyond our reasonable control.
UPS Drop or Split Shipments
Trebor Specialties can split your UPS shipment for delivery to multiple locations. Please note any special shipping requests on your order. You may also contact us at Orders@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com Additional shipping and handling charges apply if another carrier is requested or specified. Please reference your Order Number on all correspondence.
Drop or Split Shipment charges in addition to actual shipping costs is $5 for each UPS drop or split shipment after the first drop ship address. Drop or split shipments must be full carton/case quantities. Trebor Specialties is not responsible for any reshipped order damaged after the first drop ship point.
International Shipments
Trebor Specialties does not currently ship outside the U.S.
Shipping Claims
Trebor Specialties is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier. We will assist with origin documents for shipping claim problems you may encounter. Please contact us at Orders@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com and reference your order number on all correspondence.
Orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are shipped uninsured. Please request “extra shipping insurance” on your order if you would like your items to be insured for the amount of your purchase. Additional charges will be determined and invoiced for payment prior to shipment.
All Damage or Breakage claims must be made within 10 calendar days of shipment. Customer must retain any damaged or broken goods for inspection by the carrier. We can only give Trebor Specialties product credit or replacement, if available, for legitimate breakage caused by Trebor Specialties. A return authorization is required to return damaged items for credit. NOTE: If you authorize or require a specific carrier, request and/or supply specialty packaging materials or provide special packing instructions, no credit for damage or breakage will be given. Unauthorized Damage Return Shipments will be refused credit or replacement. Any unauthorized returns will be held for 10 days awaiting customer’s written instruction. Customer waives any right or claim to unauthorized return goods after 10 days and any direct disposition charges or fees due are determined for billing. Info@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com
Order Changes / Cancellations
Trebor Specialties will make reasonable effort, upon your written request, to change or cancel your order. Any changes made to an order after received by Trebor Specialties must be confirmed in writing. Orders@TreborSpecialtyGifts.com
Any cancellation or change charges will be a direct pass through from Trebor Specialties services and service providers. Customer is responsible for payment of all shipping, handling and logistics charges for the order up to the date of written change or cancellation. All charges incurred prior to the order change or cancellation is due.
It is not always possible to stop or change production on an order. Custom orders that have started production cannot be cancelled. Orders for special, non-stocked merchandise that are in production cannot be cancelled. If a product order item has begun production, we cannot change the order. You will be charged the original amount quoted for orders cancelled at this stage. We may be able to prevent or redirect the shipment.
Order changes may be subject to additional charges. A 20 to 50 percent restocking fee may be required for cancelled stock items.
Force Majeure
Trebor Specialties shall not be liable for the failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by any reason beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, any occurrence of any act of God, strike, industrial disturbance, or act of terrorism.
